Atlanta, GA - Brightworth is pleased to announce its inclusion in the Financial Times 300 Top Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) list for 2015. Brightworth was chosen from the thousands of RIAs in the U.S. for inclusion in this prestigious list.
Financial Times’ evaluation process assesses six broad factors and calculated a numeric score for each advisor or firm. Areas of consideration include AUM, AUM growth, years the firm has been in existence, industry certifications of staff, SEC compliance record, and online accessibility. The recognition is awarded to selected firms that are registered as Independent RIA firms that had $300 million or more in assets. The Financial Times rewards attributes that it determined affluent investors care about and makes sure that the list is relevant to individual investors. This included a requirement that no more than 75% of a firm’s assets be institutional. At Brightworth, approximately 90% of assets are managed for individual investors.
Partner and Wealth Advisor Charlie Jordan traveled to New York to accept the prominent award at a reception at the New York Yacht Club. Charlie commented, “We appreciate the Financial Times honoring the Brightworth team. This award is a reflection of our staff’s dedication to serving our fantastic clients well for many years.”
